Setup

Game

  • Be sure you have a clean dump of Version 2.30
  • Make an account at teknoparrot.com
  • Head to the Online Profiles page and click on the ALL.Net P-ras MULTI link to generate an APM3 ID.
  • Copy that ID into your IDZ game settings in TeknoParrotUI under "General - OnlineID"
  • When you boot the game, be sure to have a button set to insert AIME card, then press that button to load your card and enable progress saving.

Common Issues / Questions

If you have ANY questions regarding SegaTools or Minime

These components were used in an old 3rd party setup and are no longer required for the optimal experience. You no longer need these and should not be using them. Everything you need is within TeknoParrot.

There's a popup complaining about my amdaemon!

As indicated by the popup, you do not have a clean amdaemon exe, find a better one.

The game stops with "Error 8306"

This happens when the game cannot find the serverbox. Make sure "Enable Distserver" is ticked in TPUI, and try to disable all network adapters you aren't using

The ingame version display shows 0.00.00

Apart from not showing the version, this has no effect on the game. However if you want to fix it, you can copy the ICF files from your dumped AMFS folder into "TeknoParrot/AMFS" in your game folder. (If the folder does not exist yet you can create it yourself)

Features Not Emulated

  • Only in-store battle via LAN (or VPN) is supported for multiplayer.
